• Confirmation Email: Once your order is placed and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

• Order Processing: We begin processing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery.

• Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your items have shipped.

2. Shipping Details (United States Only)

We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United States.

3. Shipping Partners

To guarantee fast and secure delivery, all TOWNCAT orders are shipped via trusted carriers, including:

• DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS, TNT, and OCS.

4. Important Information

• Total Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time does not include the 1-2 business days required for processing.

• Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

• Address Restrictions: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO).

• Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address before checkout; changes made after submission may incur fees.

• Pre-order Items: Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items are in stock.

5. Worry-Free Delivery®

For added protection, you can select Worry-Free Delivery® at checkout for a fee of 2% of your order value. This provides coverage if your package is lost, damaged, or items are missing during transit.
